Syuto Kanazawa is an organization aiming to make Kanazawa the quaintest city in Japan. Its activities include citizen-driven community development projects and proposals, centered on Kanazawa’s strong cultural heritage, as well as research on cultural and economic cities around the world. Noetica serves as the administrative office of the organization.
