from Hokuriku
Our name, Noetica, is an amalgamation of the names of each Hokuriku region: Noto, Etchu, Echizen, Kaga, and Kanazawa. Reimagining the culture, art, and lifestyle that have flourished in regions such as these through a modern lens, and allowing them to connect with the future—that is the mission of Noetica.
With this in mind, Noetica’s team of professionals is discovering untapped potential and beauty throughout the Hokuriku region and creating alternative cultural platform, all with a focus on contemporary arts and crafts. We are involved in a diverse range of projects that bring together culture, people, and creation, including planning and holding art festivals and exhibitions, proposing and installing public art and commissioned works, and community design for cultural facilities and broader regional areas. In doing so, we hope to broaden cultural horizons from Hokuriku to Japan and the world.

We can provide comprehensive support for the planning, running, and PR for locally rooted cultural events, such as art festivals, art projects, and art fairs. We carefully analyze the inherent value of each area and re-evaluate it from a new perspective, and communicate it to audiences in Japan and abroad.

We weave art and experiences into spaces.
We can handle everything from curation to the management and permanent installation of crafts and other works of art in offices or public spaces. We share our client’s vision for a space and its characteristics to propose works that are attuned to the site and will provide an enriching experience for guests.

We give form to unseen connections.
We carefully consider the unique challenges that organizations and communities face, as well as their unrealized visions, and propose a range of solutions from a cultural perspective. We also forge new relationships between people, creation, and place, giving form to value creation and branding.
