Community Design Kaga Iryokuen

OVERVIEW

Kaga Iryokuen was originally developed as the second villa for "Yoshinoya," a prestigious long-standing inn representing Yamanaka Onsen. Following extensive renovations from 2021 to 2023, it was reborn as "Kaga Iryokuen." The gallery, housed within this historic structure, is now open to the public as a cultural hub, showcasing local crafts and performing arts through exhibitions and events. Prior to the grand opening, we conducted historical research on Yamanaka Onsen and "Yoshinoya," and provided curatorial supervision for the permanent displays and historical archives.
